I, the undersigned candidate for employment, authorize trak staffing to assist me in securing employment and to make reference checks which may include employment records, criminal records, general reputation, personal characteristics, and finances. I also understand that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have a right to request a copy.

I agree that trak group may send me periodic email updates including monthly jobs report, a monthly newsletter, and the occasional informative or fun article.
